I'm In The Mood To Read
I would like to know, by you Christian scholars and readers out there, what your top 5 picks are in Christian books. Now, they can be anything-technical, doctrinal, devotional, fictional, etc. Just let me know by comment or email what you would consider 'must-reads' in this arena. I can't wait to hear from you!!

If you need a good laugh check out anything that Matthew Paul Turner has written. Most of it stuff from when he was growing up and church. One story he had to draw a picture of Jesus in the 3rd grade and it makes him a super hero called Aqua Jesus.
Need to be pushed a little ... check out Mark Batterson's books. In the pit with a lion on a snowy day is awesome!

I am a huge fan of Ted Dekker. Anything by him is great...I would highly recommend Three. Also, as a father I found a book once called More Than a Dad by Scot Anderson. I learned so much from that book.
